Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to a page with infinite-scroll (adding content while scrolling down) 2. Scroll to the bottom using the scroll bar What is the expected behavior? As content is added and the scroll bar moves upward and becomes smaller, the mouse should follow it. The new mouse position should be newScrollBarPosition + newScrollBarHeight*(oldMousePosition - oldScrollBarPosition)/oldScrollBarHeight What went wrong? The scroll bar moves upwards but the mouse stays at the same place, making scrolling down or scrolling back up more difficult. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Try to scroll all the way down on http://jsfiddle.net/vojtajina/U7Bz9/. The first time the scroll bar jumps up, the mouse stays at the same spot. The second time content is added, you get back to the top of the page and can't keep on scrolling. The Facebook news feed is another example of this.
