Security: Google custom search.

If i try to search anything using the search bar at the top google chrome, i get google custom search. i have to go onto google.co.uk to get the proper site. i have scan my computer and tried i google chrome clean up tool but its still happening.

I have tried using that clean up tool and still have google custom search.

Still cant get rid of it :( dont know what else to do
