Javascript dialogs cause the browser to become unresponsive on Windows 10 Insider builds

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2970.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Run Windows 10 Insider builds 2. Right click on an extension icon 3. Click "Remove from Chrome" 4. Try to click around the browser What is the expected behavior? Dialog to remove extension should appear. What went wrong? All branches of Chrome become unresponsive when generating a Javascript popup (eg: removing an extension) while running Windows 10 Insider builds. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 57.0.2970.0 Channel: dev OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Please also make sure that you have hardware acceleration enabled in the browser settings. Your hardware and drivers do not matter. (sorry for multiple messages)
