Issue descriptionBlending of translucent layers is broken. This is making a lot of layers black. Including the mouse cursor. Reverting https://crrev.com/d40f036aa8e40227403313246418c4ce8b908368 fixed the problem for me but I can't find anything in that change that is obviously causing this. staraz@, can you debug this? Any arc++ enabled chromeos device should be sufficient to reproduce this. Wayland clients such as weston-smoke can likely be used to reproduce this on desktop too.
