Issue descriptionI am a java web developer. I had a problem that chrome access all page slow when after reboot computer yesterday. I found other browser (eg: ie8 360browser) is normal except chrome. env: - window 7 64bit professional - chrome 55.0.2883.87 m(64-bit) Firt i guess the reason is proxy. When i stop my local proxy server and close switchyomega but the problem is still. Then i try the following method: - clean browser cache and extension cache - reinstall chrome - delete chrome user data (delete folder "C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data" ) and reinstallation chrome 50.0.2661.75 m (64-bit) The problem is still. I had seached in google but nothing found. Now I'm crazy, I don't know what can I do. Here are chrome event log and develop tool screenshot.

If you're a Windows user, use the Chrome Cleanup Tool to help find and remove these unwanted programs. There could be unwanted programs on your computer getting in the way of the webpage loading correctly. https://www.google.com/chrome/cleanup-tool/ If issue still persists could you please Uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available" from chrome://settings and restart Google Chrome. Thanks!

Hi, brajkumar. Thanks for reply. I download cleanup-tool and run tool twice. The tool say no program found every time. "Use hardware acceleration when available" is Uncheck. Issue still persists. Sad. Are there any other way ?

Could anyone from network team can look in to this issue?

saiyangpp@: I am not able to access the URLs given in the attached net logs. Are there any public URLs where you see similar issues? Are you seeing the issue while browsing the internet in general or only specific URLs? From the net internal logs, the most delay seems to be happening in the HTTP_STREAM_PARSER_READ_HEADERS event which could include server processing time as well.

I'm sorry so late to reply. Frist, the net internal logs URLs is my local web server. Other browser (eg: ie8 ) on my computer is normal except chrome. And the other peoples in the local area network (LAN) is normal that use chrome access the net internal logs URL. Second, almost all URLs which need to be load some resources(eg.css, javascript, xhr and so on) to access the slow. Include publich URLs. Last, I found that some resource request delay 20 seconds every time for unknown reason but others not. I don't known why? I don't known how to recreate the problem. So far only my office chrome had the problem.

Does this reproduce with the latest chrome version 56? If so would you mind logging an about:tracing log of this problem in version 56? Navigate to about:tracing, hit "Record", select "manually select settings", and enable "blink", "blink.net", "loading", "loader", "net", "netlog", and "v8". +shivanisha, just because 20s sounds suspiciously like the cache lock timeout.

I'm seeing similar issues with Chrome 56.0.2924.87. The server is returning a 304 response and Chrome is taking 4s-5s, sometimes up to 12s, to retrieve the response from the cache. The responses being loaded are about 1.5MB uncompressed. While the content is being loaded the page is barely responsive (large empty paint regions, choppy scroll). I've verified that the server is responding immediately and I don't see similar delays in Edge or Firefox. I attached the requested tracing files along with a screenshot showing the slow network requests.

Hi saiyangpp: The log attached is a chrome://tracing log. Could you follow https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/for-testers/providing-network-details to get a chrome://net-internals log? I see a bunch of socket timeouts and tcp connect 10060 error in the trace log. To help us triage this issue further, please attach a net-internals log which will contain more network information. Thanks.
