IndexedDB v2: Support binary keys

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:51.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/51.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
See test case

What is the expected behavior?
arrayBuffers (and views) are valid keys

What went wrong?
Failed to execute 'put' on 'IDBObjectStore': The parameter is not a valid key

This is implemented behind the --enable-experimental-web-platform-features

It's on the list of Indexed DB v2.0 things we need to "ship" once all tests are upstreamed to WPT.
