Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Run Speech Recognition in continuous mode 2. Speak "Bear" "Goose" "Rabbit" 3. Onresult will will report three separate draft results 4. onresult will consolidate three drafts results into one final result "Bear goes rabbit" because it tries to recognize sentences instead of single words 5. to avoid the consolidation, the user must make long breaks inbetween each single word What is the expected behavior? this is the expected behavior for applications that do standard voice to text, but is not useful for single word recording with timestamps for each spoken word (eg. psychological tests) What went wrong? Ideally, I would like to have an explicit single word mode which does disable any attempt to build sentence and is also not establishing sentence context, but just parses speech as individual single words with separate result objects for each In addition, introducing a completion timeout parameter would allow me to set a shorter timeout for speechend to avoid consolidation of multiple words into one phrase Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 This requirements relates to using Speech API to realize a voicekey solution which measures onset of spoken words and records the spoken word.
