Can you please be specific about what you're doing and what you see?

If your concern is that, when searching for EBay on Google.com, the top results are for http://ebay.com and navigating to those shows (i) and "Your connection to this site is not secure" in the omnibox at the top of the screen, this is because EBay has not enabled HTTPS for their entire website. As a consequence, the EBay site is only secure when you begin the checkout process. Google has requested that EBay work to provide HTTPS for secure browsing across their entire site, but unfortunately this is not under Google's control.

We can re-open this if there is an update, but I think this is WontFix and we haven't received any additional feedback.

What is Wontfix? My security issues like ebay etc.. not secure is still a problem, if you can not help me please tell me who  to contact. 

I am now foling with ID theft from multiple Paypal*stores all with diferent names but has that * before name of bisiness, none of these are my  charges and soe up ro 30/day. I am sick of being ripped off now I have to hire a lawyer, call police, and i have Cancer to boot all i wanted was help from chromium to help me with a stable secure system as i can not get out and do shop online with Ebay and i wonder if the 2 are in coherts as i have lost over $ 200 in charges that were fraud and the man had a big article online ways to fraud people and using multiple accounts, he lives in Ontario , i told him a' god forgive for what i will do to you and others defrauding hard working people who obey the law, s I go to Quebec or used to alot when i was well.
