Using a webfont and relying on synthetic bolding.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.12.3 using chrome reported version-54.0.2840.98, stable -57.0.2987.110 & Canary-59.0.3046.0 as per comment#0.
Manual bisect info:
Good-49.0.2607.0-Revision-367105
Bad—49.0.2608.0-Revision-367210

Unable provide tool bisect as we observed all bad builds.Hence providing manual bisect from Omahaproxy as below.
Change log:

Could anyone please look into it.
Thanks in advance!!

The text blob change appears to be the only text/font change in the regression range. fmalita any idea if it could possibly have broken painting for synthetic bold? Seems rather odd.

@jmukthavaram how did you come up with the 367105-367210 regression range? Can you attach screenshots with the good/bad results?

For me they all look the same, see attached.

You are probably looking for a change made after 303554 (known good), but no later than 303568 (first known bad).

NOTE: There is a Blink roll in the range, you might also want to do a Blink bisect.

CHANGELOG URL:

Based on the Blink range, this is most likely https://codereview.chromium.org/692643006.

Attaching previous/bold rendering for reference.
