Dowload a file to open download bar 2. Display any video from youtube on fullscreen What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome version 55.0.2883.87 on Windows 10 and tried the same on MAC 10.12.2 with chrome stabe version 55.0.2883.95 and Ubuntu 14.04 ith version 55.0.2883.87. @pablomorpheo: Can you please try this again and let us know if the issue still persists. Thanks.!

I can't be 100% sure but i think this is happening since updated to 55. That button keeps on top of fullscreen video, i just tested it with more components like stock video player and still happen but not all time http://puu.sh/thtRf/1ac606ecc5.png As i see with the default video player, when i hit fullscreen download bar hides to bottom, and reopens quickly after exit fullscreen mode, for some raeson sometimes its not doing it. For youtube player its keeps there all the time. Regards
