Chrome Canary on Windows 8 crashing. Fresh install too not working

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Download or upgrade Canary on Windows 8.0 to the latest version. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Browser crashing immediately on opening. I think the install doesn't download anything and hence the issue. Crashed report ID: How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.2 (Windows 8) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 This has happened before.
