Shows as disabled and when you enable it reverts to disabled straight away

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
The bug doesn't have enough details for investigation an doent looks related to Chrome. I'm closing it as "Won't fix". Feel free to reopen and add repro steps.
