Issue descriptionhttps://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.gpu.fyi/builders/Mac%2010.10%20Retina%20Release%20%28AMD%29/builds/11622 https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.gpu.fyi/builders/Mac%2010.10%20Retina%20Release%20%28AMD%29/builds/11554 Crash seems to be in QuartzCore and stack trace isn't very useful. Attached minidump from the swarming log nonetheless. Swarming log: https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/task?id=338b5a484bb3cf10&refresh=10&show_raw=1

What's special about this bug is that the crashing thread is not ours. It's a libdispatch thread that contains some task posted by QuartzCore. In the other bug the QuartzCore crash happens in Chrome's GPU main thread. Also, the failing tests are different. I'll mark this test as flaky for now.

kbr@ can you assign an owner for next steps on this?

We need to get these bots onto the latest OS version before we can feasibly start filing Radars with Apple about these. This is in progress with some new machines coming online with the 10.12 image on them. Downgrading to P2 and leaving this unassigned for now.
