The random crashes in QuartzCore were discovered in Issue 663601. If they're mainly affecting this one test then could you please mark it flaky and reference this bug? Thanks.

What's special about this bug is that the crashing thread is not ours. It's a libdispatch thread that contains some task posted by QuartzCore. In the other bug the QuartzCore crash happens in Chrome's GPU main thread. Also, the failing tests are different. I'll mark this test as flaky for now.

Mark webgl2 teximage2d_unpack_params test as flaky on Mac AMD.

The test causes a QuartzCore crash.

We need to get these bots onto the latest OS version before we can feasibly start filing Radars with Apple about these. This is in progress with some new machines coming online with the 10.12 image on them. Downgrading to P2 and leaving this unassigned for now.
