Issue descriptionExample job: http://chromeos-server21.cbf.corp.google.com/afe/#tab_id=view_job&object_id=94485093 Expected behavior: Clicking on "All logs" or "Debug logs" takes you to logs for that job. Actual: Clicking on those takes you to an empty directory in gs. Reason: We don't save jobs from passing CQ tests, under the hypothesis that people rarely need to examine these. Ok, that sounds like a good optimization if the CQ log offloading load is a real problem. But, couldn't we at least leave a README behind explaining why those logs for that job were deleted?
