luci autodirects back to error page even after logging in (tried with both google and chromium accounts)

Tried to reach this page: https://luci-milo.appspot.com/buildbot/chromiumos.tryserver/pre_cq/13103

and got this instead: https://screenshot.googleplex.com/9aLUhwmWpzU

Expected:  https://screenshot.googleplex.com/VrQJ3RWKYut

I tried logging in using the button at the right and was still redirected to the error page. 

This has been happening for a while for me. Is this a permission error?
