In gpu_benchmarking_extension.cc, make sure that render_view_impl is not destroyed after all the gestures are finished |

Issue descriptionIf the render_view_impl is destroyed while the gesture is in progress, we will leak the callback and context. This needs to be fixed somehow.

These comments were added in https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/0e241b4b779162a5d2bf8098c4207cfc47370502%5E%21/#F5 And I believe it was fixed in https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/9017d7856ea1f59a673ec8fcfd468674b4a2c008%5E%21/#F43 where the new gesture framework was added the callback and context weren't raw anymore and stored in a pending list. I believe the TODOs can be removed.
