Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8872.73.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.103 Safari/537.36 Platform: Chrome Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Download the above two files into a folder 2. Load unpacked extension and manually assign keyboard shortcuts 3. Test both Global and Chrome What is the expected behavior? Should change the high contrast feature while outside of chrome (aka from the files app) with the "Global" feature selected. What went wrong? Keyboard event doesn't register... Did this work before? Yes Not sure, definitely worked six months ago Does this work in other browsers?
