Issue descriptionTHIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE! I use use both chrome and also basic browser. This symptom only occur when I using chrome based browser or apps.

Maybe, it is Xiaomi MIUI8 Problems, so I also issues this problem to Xiaomi development teams.

Hello Thanks for reporting the issue. We were unable to repro this issue on Xiaomi redmi note3, Android 6.0, Chrome Stable: 55.0.2883.91,website: naver.com. Can you please let us know the URL/links to the page referred to in the screenshot. Also, can you please let us know on what other apps you see this issue that you mentioned in your comment#2?

Here is one example.(NAVER blog by chrome) http://m.blog.naver.com/knowhereman/220902291541 Regarding comment#2, naver cafe apps, blog apps,xiaomi browser,chrome etc. all these apps use webview system. When I delete new version of webview system, problem is solved.

Going by the description, this does not sound like a WebView issue--chrome is not webview based. I don't know if the other apps are either (maybe they're using CCT?). I'm removing the WebView component and adding the internationalization component instead--perhaps they can make progress.
