Issue descriptionhttps://codereview.chromium.org/2605803002/ introduces a change that will replace master_name, builder_name, build_number in WfTryJobData with try_job_key that contains that same information. Once https://codereview.chromium.org/2605803002/ is committed, need a script to update try_job_key for each WfTryJobData entity before setting the new version as default
