Issue descriptionChrome Version: 55.0.2883.87 (Official Build) (64-bit) OS: Linux What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open "Application" tab and select "Clear Storage" tree item. (2) Navigate to a different URL What is the expected result? "Clear Storage" view is updated with a new domain What happens instead? Domain is replaced with "://"
