Print Dialog Crash in Incognito Mode |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2970.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open a new browser window in Incognito mode (2) Ctrl-P to print the page (3) Attempt to "Change" the Destination What is the expected result? The Printer Dialog should appear with the list of available print destinations. What happens instead? Chrome browser crashes.
