[DevTools] Accessibility pane: long node names overflow and look horrible

We should hide the overflow text, and provide a way to see the full name from the properties pane.

I tried to reproduce this on Canary M68 Mac and on Linux, but it seems like the overflow is hidden.  Does this still reproduce for you?

Since we cannot reproduce the scroll-overflow, and the 'Computed Properties' section shows full text on hover, I'm marking as WontFix.  Please let me know if I missed something, and we can take another look.
