The blame log is a single change to an android file ( https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/9624455dac5989ff22a4a26021b1344f6b7e3e27 ), which wouldn't effect this. Looking at the history of the bot I see no other failures in this test in the last 200 runs. Looking at the last ten or so commits I don't see anything that looks relevant, although I could be wrong given the stack is useless.

I'm going to assume this is a one off, if it continues to happen may disable.
