Number are not getting displayed in the number field of https://eaadhar.uidai.gov.in

Issue description

Chrome Version: 54.0.2801.0
OS: Android 6.0.1
Device: Nexus 5 M4B30X

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Load https://eaadhar.uidai.gov.in
(2) Tap on Enrolment number/Aadhaar number
(3) Observe IME appears
(4) Start typing numbers on this field
(5) Observe nothing is getting displayed in the number field.

What is the expected result?
Numbers should appear properly on the input field.

What happens instead?
Number are not getting displayed in the number field.

@changwan - Are you getting an error like below;
"Your Connection is not private" NET:ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID ?

Or page is not able to reach ?

@changwan - Today we can see https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/ is getting opened here as well. Could you pls try.
Actually we are also not getting the content consistently in Desktop :(

Oh, ok, it works now.

I haven't looked into too far, but it seems that the website is using an old version of jquery-mask.js that does not work well with modern mobile browsers.

There is a demo of newer version of jquery-mask at https://igorescobar.github.io/jQuery-Mask-Plugin/, and it works correctly.
