Non-Regression : Blur Image is seen in Gallery when Width value is restored to original value

Issue description

Chrome Version: 56.0.2924.51/9000.49.0 Beta-channel Daisy,Candy and Peppy
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Sign in to user ->Download  images
2.Now in Files App Select Image(Ex: resolution of Image is 1600 * 1067) and open it in Gallery -> Click on Edit Icon -> Now Select 'Resize' Option
3.Click on 'Fix ratio' -> Now edit Width value(Ex: Change 1600 to 160) -> Click on 'DONE' and observe Image is compressed
4. Now again change Width value to original(i.e. 160 to 1600) -> Click on 'DONE' and observe Image(Please refer screenshot and video)

Expected: After changing to original value(i.e. 160 to 1600) image should not be seen blur
Actual: Instead Blur image is seen

This is Non-Regression Issue as 'Resize' option in Gallery is newly introduced from M-55

@Yawano: Please confirm the Issue.

I think this is WAI given that the image is saved to the lower resolution and can't be reversed. But, it could be a feature request to support an in session Undo.
