Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 57.0.2964.0 (Revision: 440723).
Bad build: 57.0.2965.0 (Revision: 440816).

You are probably looking for a change made after 440784 (known good), but no later than 440785 (first known bad).

Tom, Alan, when I changed the sliders I was working off some mocks that had labels underneath, bot other mocks have labels on either side.

Can one of you:
* Confirm whether labels should be underneath or on either side
* If labels should be underneath, suggest how to resolve the overlapping ripple effect (labels lower? closer to center?)

Labels should be underneath. Not sure what's best to address this, but marking as P3 since it's pretty minor.

Clearing my ownership of P3 UI>Settings bugs. Feel free to re-assign once triaging is complete.

I agree this is a P3, but marking as Available. We should probably leave enough space below the slider and above the labels to accommodate the focus ripple without any overlapping.
