What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Chrome is open with multiple tabs
2. Change keyboard input from US keyboard to Google Japanese Input (for US keyboard)


What is the expected result?
Change input method and type in Japanese

What happens instead of that?
Chrome crashes

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
This is happening consistently with the current build. Can repro every time. Once Japanese input is selected the screen goes blank and Chrome needs to be restored to original state. Cannot set input to Japanese at all.
