Swarming bot cleans up this directory itself. But looks like we have a disparity in Swarming bot vs alerts configuration.

Swarming bot strives to keep at least 4GB of disk space free. Alerting kicks in at 10% and 5% (long before 4GB mark)

We should either alert on <4GB or change 4GB threshold in Swarming


Filing so we don't lose track of this. Unsure who owner of this should be.
