CastDecoderBuffer does not expose duration unlike ::media::DecoderBuffer. We should expose it to enable MediaSinkDefault to report correct PTS.

The PTS reported by MediaPipelineBackend::GetCurrentPts should not move backwards. It should also never be less than start PTS. The current AudioVideoPipelineDeviceTest cases are wrong and need to be fixed along with all the CMA backend implementations.

This issue has been Available for over a year. If it's no longer important or seems unlikely to be fixed, please consider closing it out. If it is important, please re-triage the issue.
