What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open https://testsafebrowsing.appspot.com/
(2) Notice the HTTPS lock icon.
(3) Open https://testsafebrowsing.appspot.com/s/malware.html
(4) Notice how https gets crossed out. <--- This is wrong.

Expected behavior:
The interstitial should be shown (which is happening) but https shoul not be crossed out.
