TraceOnTap: Chrome gets heavy and freezes

I tried to click right when it suddenly got very slow but then it froze. By the time the click registered, it had released again.

mbino@: Could you please confirm the OS and chrome version detail where you are seeing the issue?

I recently upgraded my OS and haven't had an issue since then. I think its
OK to close this, but I know how to report if it happens again :)
