HWTest Failures on peach_pit-tot-chrome-pfq-informational

Multiple HWTest failures started at https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromeos.chrome/builders/peach_pit-tot-chrome-pfq-informational/builds/4311

They could be related to the PFQ failures reported in issue 678271.

I will try to repro and bisect locally.

Bisecting ended. The culprit CL is https://codereview.chromium.org/2609733002. This CL is causing the UI to crash immediately on peach_pit.

Assigning to the author of the CL. I will attempt a revert.
