Content Not rendering as expected

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. this url: https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/manifest/offline_enabled
2. goolge chrome
3.

What is the expected result?
when clicked on dev tools or platform in the mentioned screenshot page, text overflows

What happens instead of that?
Even report a bug link at bottom of the page has to be adjusted

possible.

Unable to reproduce the issue in Window 10 with chrome version #55.0.2883.87.
Observed that on clicking on "DevTools" and "Platforms" the content is rendering as expected.
Attaching the screen-cast for your reference, could you please look into it and let us know your observations.
