Add 8GB Mac Minis to chromium.perf waterfall

Project Member Reported by eyaich@chromium.org, Jan 4 2017

Issue description

OS: Mac 10.12

Steps to get them on the waterfall:

1) Labs gets the hardware up and into the swarming pool. Owner:vhang@

2) Obtain a mac vm to trigger the swarming jobs running Mac 10.12 Owner: vhang@

3) Add the vm from #2 to the chromium.perf waterfall Owner:simoghatch@ (example CL https://codereview.chromium.org/2437923003/)

4) Once #1 is complete, move the swarming pool bots from #1 into the chromium.perf swarming pool Owner:simonhatch@ (example CL https://chrome-internal-review.googlesource.com/#/c/310807/)

5) Once #4 is complete, create a CL to start triggering jobs on the hardware Owner:simonhatch@ (example CL https://codereview.chromium.org/2540743004/ Note: the chromium.perf.json file is currently to large for rietveld, so this CL has to be manually landed)
