Chromevox Next Does Not Allow the User to Click on the Checkboxes in This Form

Reproduction Steps: 
1. Visit http://www.zerys.com/signup
2. Fill out the information in the form.
3.Navigate to where Chromevox says "Label Text".
Chromevox does not allow the user to click or check these items so as to be able to proceed.

Sadly, this appears to be an issue with the site itself and not ChromeVox.  Please reach out to the owner of the website and see if they are willing to change the page implementation!
