media notification should persist when retrieving next audio file.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to https://beaufortfrancois.github.io/sandbox/media-session/playground.html
2. Play audio
3. From notification only, skip through sounds

What is the expected result?
Notification should persist when retrieving next audio file.

What happens instead of that?
Sometimes notification goes away and comes back a little bit after which causes some confusion... and prevents me to quickly press next button multiple times if I want to skip several songs.

Aha, you mean this one. I saw you said large artwork image in chat so I was confused :)

It is actually the same cause of #672023. Currently we post a delayed task (1 second) for dismissing the notification when the page stops playing anything. In the case of switch src, we could use playbackState to mark the page as playing instead of paused, so the session keeps active.

Marking as WontFix given that playbackState can be used to work around this and pretend that the page did not stop. Please reopen if I misunderstood.

For the record, https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=678225 solved this issue.

playbackState wasn't useful there.
