Removing the M-57 label as this is not a new issue.

Nope, definitely not new, but it has been issue for several updates now. Is there a reason why? Or a good alternative?

What is the email button suppose to do? Open an email client with a pre-filled email that has an attachment with the form data?

That, or submit a copy to the server where it is hosted. Or send it like an online form (contact form). It would be ideal to fill in information, press submit, be done. The form is then emailed as attachment (automaticcaly) to the host.
