if someone shared a his drive with you and you bookmarked  one of the folder which is the part of shared folder in google chrome.
after some days he restricts your access to his drive. but when you open your bookmarked link you can access that folder even if you have links in chrome history of the data of restricted folder. you can extract that data from that drive and save it to your drive and also become the owner of that part
