Regression: Menu options overlay does not gets open on first click after browser is restored.

Issue descriptionChrome Version:57.0.2971.0 (Official Build) 32fb89992da01de660b893d746916f587e871dc9-refs/heads/master@{#441288} OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6, 10.12.1) Pre-condition: Resize/Restore the browser window to it minimum size. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,maximize the browser window and navigate to chrome://history/ 2. Click on Menu options of any history url (i.e. 3 dots) and then click on 'Restore Down' button of the window. 3. Try to click on same Menu options (i.e. 3 dots/iron icon) and observe. Actual: Menu options overlay does not get open on first click after step 3. Expected: Menu options overlay should get open on first click. This is regression issue, broken in 'M 57' and below is manual bisect info: Good build:57.0.2959.0 Bad build:57.0.2960.0

It's not that the menu does not open on first click, but it opens at the wrong (hidden) location on the screen. Merging this with the underlying issue. Also removing the RB-Stable label. I don't think this bug is that severe. |
