Two UI items are very similarly named

In chrome://md-settings/privacy we have two settings that have very similar labels. I just accidentally used the wrong one and I wondered if a user may make the same mistake. The labels are:

Use a web service to help resolve navigation errors
Use a web service to help resolve spelling errors

On the one hand I like the consistency, on the other I understand the confusion. Keeping as Pri-3 for now since it's not a regression.

Closing as WontFix. The 2nd label includes a sub-label which should reduce the chances of a user confusing the two settings.
