Get views_mus_unittests and views_mus_interactive_ui_tests running on linux and windows

What is now views_mus_unittests was views_aura_mus_unittests which never ran on windows or linux. We should get it up and running on these platforms.

views_mus_interactive_ui_tests is now the aura-mus variant, which ran on these configs either and should.
