Icon for "Chrome didn't shut down correctly" is orange |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2970.0 OS: macOS 10.11 I'm not sure why this icon was made orange, or why its infobar still has the yellow background. The bitmap icon was originally dark gray. What color should the infobar and icon be? This was on the Mac but I think the same colors may occur on Windows (the icon at least is

We recently switched from the stylized blue Chrome icon to the regular four-color Chrome icon. I'm not exactly sure what that should mean for this icon's color, but blue now seems out of place.

all infobars should be white. All icons, outside of Chrome icon, should be blue

Possibly not relevant (or possibly intended), but the replacement icon for the tools menu signalling that it's time to update is also Orange. 56.0.2924.28 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) mac.

I think that's intentional? The other two update states are green and red (red meaning it's really, really time to update Chrome).

I've seen at least one more yellow info bar: the "API keys are missing" one that shows up when you start Chromium. I should get rid of that style completely, right? Just making 100% sure.
