Chromevox Next Does Not Read This Form

1. Navigate to http://www.polishmywriting.com/ and navigate to the form.
2. Chromevox Next only reads the "Check Writing" button.

Sadly, this appears to be an issue with the site itself and not ChromeVox.  Please reach out to the owner of the website and see if they are willing to change the page implementation!
