Rename (and shorten) WebAudio test files

Now that the WebAudio layout tests are arranged into directories, consider renaming the test files to remove the prefixes.  For example, all of the tests in the AudioParam directory have the name "audioparam-*".  The "audioparam" is now redundant.

Perhaps do this after all of the tests have been converted to using testharness?
