OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/importData
(2)Zoom in the page to 150% 
(3)Select 'Mozilla Firefox' drop down option and observe.

Actual:Unnecessary vertical scroll bar is observed for drop down list.

Expected:No such vertical scroll bar should be seen for drop down list.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-57(i.e 57.0.2925.0),newly added feature.

Note:Above issue is not seen on Linux and Mac OS.
