Regression:Selection of text is doesn't appear properly under pages section of print preview.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 57.0.2970.0 (Official Build) Revision eafbd71d2e7eda209965d66a540d596038edd68c-refs/heads/master@{#441083} (64-bit)
OS:Windows (7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and open any webpage,press ctrl+p to open print preview.
(2)Enter invalid number under pages section such that warning message appears.
(3)Now double click on message and observe the blue highlight.

Actual: Selection of text is doesn't appear properly under pages section of print preview.

Expected: Selection of text should be properly displayed under pages section of print preview.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M57' and below is the manual regression range:
Good Build: 57.0.2942.0 
Bad Build: 57.0.2943.0 

Note: Issue not seen on Mac & Linux OS.

Good build: 57.0.2942.0 (Revision: 436203).
Bad build: 57.0.2943.0 (Revision: 436483).

You are probably looking for a change made after 436445 (known good), but no later than 436446 (first known bad).

This is working as intended, see also http://crbug.com/674107#c3.

I would argue that in this part of the UI that text actually should be made not-user-selectable. 

If folks feel strongly that this is not acceptable let's discuss on the bug I'm duping this against.
