My MP4 video is not playing in Chrome (it plays fine in Safari)

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.95 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://www.wedgeforce.com/videos/web_title_4.mp4
2. Hit the play button 

What is the expected behavior?
To play the MP4 video.

What went wrong?
Video is not played, it is resized quickly and then back to the black screen.

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.95  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

I'm trying to use this video clip in my web site and it works in Safari but not in Chrome.

Please help!

Able to reproduce this issue on Mac 10.12.2 on chrome stable version 55.0.2883.95 but not able to reproduce on Windows and linux with chrome version #55.0.2883.87
Issue is not reproducible in mac on current beta 56.0.2924.28, dev 57.0.2950.4 and canary 57.0.2969.0 

Issue is fixed in M56.


Bisect Info:

After executing the per-revision-bisect script in reverse, i got the following CL's between good and bad build versions

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
This video is interlaced, which was not supported by Chrome in M55. As of M56, interlaced video is supported on all desktop platforms, possibly with reduced performance compared to non-interlaced.
