no logro descargar la extension

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) intento descargar la extension desde google chrome
(2) la descarga se detiene/falla
(3) dice que no se encontro ningun archivo

Could you please let us know the Chrome version, OS platform details where you are seeing the issue. Also, please update the URL of exact extension which you are unable to install.

I use Google Chrome Versión 55.0.2883.87 m
SO Windows 7 Ultimate, SP1.
CPU Intel Athon Dual Core, 2GB ram
