Smooth touchpad pinch-to-zoom on Windows

OS: Win10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Do laptop touchpad pinch-to-zoom (two finger) on Chrome web pages

What is the expected result?
Smooth pinch-to-zoom, like Edge and Chrome on macOS.

What happens instead?
Not cool and slow Ctrl++ like zoom
