My webview says disabled and won't install.

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!app won't install

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
I presume you're on Android N. On N WebView is provided by Chrome, and you should update that instead. The only time you would need to update WebView specifically is if you have disabled Chrome.
